Xuechen Li

Prof. Xuechen Li joined the Department of Chemistry at University of Hong Kong as an Assistant Professor in 2009. He was promoted to Professor in 2018. He was the recipient of the Rao Makineni Lectureship Award by American Peptide Society (2019), the Cathy Award by Chinese Peptide Society (2020), Innovation Award by Peptide Alliance of China (2023) and RGC Senior Research Fellow (2023). He became Morningside professor in chemical biology in 2024. He is now serving as the associate Dean (Research and Graduate Studies) of Faculty of Science at University of Hong Kong.
